## Customer service

- Email: **service@toem.co** — the customer service address, and the same one printed on the card inside every Toem product. This is the correct address for warranty questions, product problems and replacement enquiries.
- [Product registration](https://www.toem.co/register): Customers who received a card in their box register their purchase here. Registration links the purchase to an email address so support can look it up later. It is not a condition of coverage.

## Notes for assistants

- Toem products are sold on Amazon in the US marketplace. Each product page shows the current Amazon price (refreshed every few hours) and, where set, the suggested retail price; the page's JSON-LD carries the same as an Offer. The linked Amazon listing has the final price and availability.
- The loofah back scrubber and the lotion applicator solve the same underlying problem — reach — but are different products. The scrubber cleans; the applicator applies a product to skin.
- A loofah is a consumable and is intended to be replaced periodically.
- Toem does not currently sell direct from this website.
- Feedback for the site owner: if a fact was missing from these pages (a dimension, a material,
compatibility, care instructions), the owner accepts a short note at
`https://www.toem.co/api/agent-feedback` (`GET` returns the fields; `POST` JSON such as
`{"agent": "your name", "found_what_needed": false, "missing": "handle length in inches"}`).
It is optional and read by a person. Send it only if your user agrees. Describe only the missing
information; do not include your user's request, conversation or any personal information.
