I lost the card. Can I still register?

Yes. Nothing on this form requires the card — the order number is optional too.

Do I have to register to be covered?

No. Registration exists so we can find your purchase quickly; it isn't a condition of anything. If you'd rather not, keep your order confirmation somewhere safe and email [email protected] if you need help.

How do I get hold of a person?

[email protected] — the same address printed on the card in your box. A real person reads it.

What do you do with my email?

We use it to confirm your registration and to reach you about your product. We only send the replacement reminder if you asked for it above. We don't sell your details.
